Serene Luxury Spa operated 3 premium spa locations in Pune — Koregaon Park, Baner, and Kharadi — each running on different booking systems. Inventory was purchased location-by-location with no central visibility. After migrating to Rozx, they consolidated all three on a single dashboard, eliminated inter-branch inventory duplication, and grew combined monthly revenue by 31% in 6 months.
Core Metric Achieved
With 3 locations and 27 therapists across branches, Serene's owner Rajiv Nair was spending 4–5 hours daily on phone calls coordinating between branch managers. There was no way to see which branch was overbooked and which had idle slots. Inventory was purchased independently at each location, causing one branch to run out of essential oils while another had 3-month excess. Client records were siloed — a client's treatment history at Koregaon Park was invisible to the Baner team. Gift vouchers sold at one branch could not be redeemed at another.
Rozx was deployed across all three branches simultaneously. A single master client database was created by merging 3 CSV exports and deduplicating records. Branch managers were given role-based access — they could view only their branch data while Rajiv had centralized visibility. Inventory was moved to a shared catalog with per-branch stock levels and automatic low-stock alerts. Gift vouchers were made chain-wide redeemable. WhatsApp automation was configured to route booking inquiries to the nearest available branch automatically.
